With reference to Carlo Gambino, Don Carlo is a concentrated hot sauce.

Initially there’s a slight burning sensation in the back of the throat, becoming more persistent in the mouth after a while.

Concentrated aroma of red devil’s tongue, but with a light fruity fig flavor.

Ingredients: Red devil’s tongue pepper, scotch bonnet pepper, fig, garlic, vinegar aged in oak barrels, sea salt, xanthan gum.
